Meeting at Coffee Lodge Exmouth was a good idea, accoustics are much better there and we could hear very well. We enjoyed hearing about Carol's trip to Italy (thanks for the souvenirs Carol) and discussed 'The Dwelling Place' by Catherine Cookson.
Catherine will be ordering books for us. If anyone would like to order a book, please let her know 2 months in advance, she'll have it for you the month before we meet to discuss it.
The Book Keeper called to let me know that my special order of 4 copies of the 'Hunchback of Notre Dame' has arrived. Perhaps Meg and her sister would like one. I think everyone else is taken care of.
I was contacted by a very nice lady who is quite interested in Bookcrossing. She is also interested in helping me get the Finch store up and running as a Bookcrossing Hotspot. If anyone has books that you can part with to help us out, could you bring them to our meeting or drop them off at the store? We'll register them and 'release' them in the store or give them back to you to release anywhere you want. Thanks a lot.
